Our studio style units contain queen size and single size beds, sleeping a maximum of 3 people per room.  The units are all ensuite.  In the room we have 14” LCD TV’s screening Sky and Freeview channels, a toaster, a jug, a small bar-sized fridge, and Wifi internet access available.

Units are fully serviced on a daily basis, and breakfasts are available.

We have 19 units available.

In-house guests can enjoy a lounge around in the garden or the fully fenced swimming pool. 

Guest Laundry services are available.

For your leisure time, The Otumoetai Golf Course, just across the road, is handy for your golfing pleasure.  Mount Maunganui & the beach resort are only minutes away across the Harbour Bridge.  25 minutes away is McLaren Falls on the Kaimai Ranges, boasting some great hiking trails, and is home to Marshalls Animal Park.  Rotorua is just a 45 minute drive to see some of the greatest displays of NZ Heritage.
